The dates below are the confirmed date for the DATE F8, P5 and P7. Sorry for the confusion regarding the dates, since I had only planned to go for the examiner meet this time after serious consideration - since most of the other delegates that were there, were sponsored by their respective colleges, whereas I was one of the few self-paying candidate.
Needless to say, the whole trip was fruitful, meeting the examiners does give you a better picture about the issues that they are trying to address and iron out the key issues as seen by the new examiners.
Overall the following is the report regarding the papers as I see it
The papers that have drastic changes implemented on them is P3 and P5, the two papers did a swap arrangement with each other leading to a more challenging paper.
Overall the P5 paper has been added with the Quality and Rewards management (HR) element of the P3 paper, but the new examiner has also indicated that the trend of giving computational marks for "easier" computations are gone - he requires a much more detailed critical view of the models that are being used and some common sense answers. Expect the paper to get challenging in the days a head.
On the other note, P3 has become a bit more complicated - with students requiring a detailed understanding of materials that was studied in F9 and F5. At this level, interpretation of information and assigning the cause is more important than computing the information.
